The inland area of Tignale lends itself perfectly to the practice of mountain-biking. Thanks to the variety of its route, Tignale is a paradise made of roads and dirt tracks, old mule-tracks and paths that wind their way up the wonderful mountains that surround the inhabited part of Tignale.

Going from the hill to the mountain (up to 1600 mt. of altitude), allows you enjoy exceptional views: from the characteristic terraces where the olive trees dominate, to the rocky walls among the holm oaks, laurel and rosemary, typical of the Mediterranean vegetation, and then up paths that unfold through the woods of pine, ash, chestnut, hornbeam and beech..

Of course, sometimes it gets hard.
