18 - 19 April - Limonaia Pra dela Fam

On 18 and 19 April, the Ecomuseo delle Limonaie del Garda Pra dela Fam opens its doors for a weekend dedicated to beauty and local excellence. Two days devoted to one of the most fascinating places on Lake Garda, where nature, history and tradition come together in an authentic and engaging experience.
 Guided hikes (by reservation), citrus-themed tastings, traditional dishes prepared live, and musical moments will make the experience truly unique and memorable.

On Sunday afternoon special guided tours with the Head of the Ecomuseum and the opportunity to meet the agronomist who personally oversees the Limonaia’s precious production.

Free admission from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
During the event, a shuttle bus service will be available from the plateau to the limonaia and back (book here)

On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 April, you are invited to take part in two special excursions: two different ways to experience the same fascinating route, from the plateau to the Limonaia Pra dela Fam or from the Limonaia up to the plateau.

An experience that will fill your heart and your eyes: breathtaking lake views, stories and local legends, botanical curiosities and historical traces will intertwine in the narratives of our guides, making the walk even more evocative.

Once you arrive at the Limonaia, you will have free time to explore it at your leisure and enjoy a traditional dish freshly prepared by our chef in the open kitchen, or take part in a tasting experience.

Limonaia – Tignale – Limonaia

Meeting point: 9:00 am at Limonaia Pra dela Fam
Uphill hike with an elevation gain of approximately 500 meters.
Return to the Limonaia by shuttle bus.

Tignale – Limonaia – Tignale

Meeting point: 9:00 am at Latteria Turnaria di Tignale
Downhill hike with an elevation difference of approximately 500 meters.
Arrival at the Limonaia expected around 12:30 pm.
Return by shuttle bus.
Comfortable clothing suitable for hiking is recommended.
