A walking dinner in the streets of Prabione.

You can choos between these two menus:

Blue Menu

STARTERS
Salted “sarde”( fish from the lake) and fresh cherry tomato bruschetta with organic extra virgin olive oil from Garda
Sliced beef seasoned "Carne marinata" with lemon infused oil from Tignale

FIRST COURSES
Maize flour crêpes with cheeses from Tremosine
“Fregaoi” soup with truffles grated over it (“fregaoi” is a simple pasta typical of this area)

SECOND COURSES
Beef cooked with oil
“Polenta cusa”: maize flour  cooked with various cheeses
Timbale of “coregone” with mashed potatoes seasoned with oil and fresh onion herb ( fish from the lake)

DESSERTS
“Semifreddo” (Semi-frozen dessert) made with honey from Tignale
Citrus marmalade tart (citrus fruit from Garda)

A wine produced in the Garda area is chosen to accompany each course
A small bottle of water
And even more: tastings of extra virgin olive oil, honey & truffles, together with lots of music in the beautiful village of Prabione

“Capu di magro” – local dish once for the poor, made with greens from the vegetable garden, eggs, parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs
“Cavedano” ( fish from the lake) fishcakes

FIRST COURSES
“Sformatino” of home-made pasta with a mushroom sauce and Alp cheese
Typical bean and pasta soup as prepared in Tignale

SECOND COURSES
Grilled bites of sausagemeat
“Polenta cusa”: maize flour  cooked with various cheeses
Rabbit stew (recipe from Tignale)

DESSERTS
“Semifreddo “(Semi-frozen dessert) made with honey from Tignale
Citrus marmalade tart ( citrus fruit from Garda)

At your arrive in Prabione, you will find the ticket with alla the coupons which will be taken every time you will taste a dish.

The stand with the dishes, which make up the menu, will be located in the streets of Prabione, so that you will match good food with a good walk and a wonderful sight on the lake and on the mountains.
