Opening of stands with display tasting and sale of typical local products, such as cold meats, grappa
cheeses, jams, liqueurs, olive oil based products, honey and TRUFFLES.
7.00 p.m.
Pasta with truffles for all those present.

SUNDAY 30/09 AND SUNDAY 07/10

10.00 a.m.
Truffle-hunter walk: guided excursion with
dogs in search of local truffles. Departure from
the organic olive oil mill, Gardola; arrival at the Parco Alto Garda Museum in Prabione.
Aperitif for all participants.
10.30-12.30 a.m. and 2.30-6.00 p.m.
 Opening of stands.
4.00 p.m.
Art and nature workshop for children.
"Everyone in the kitchen”: to prepare our
specialities with the chef.

5.30 p.m. Sunday 07/10
"Beyond the boundaries of the Ebro"
theatrical performance
directed by Manuel Renga - Auditorium, Gardola.
