The inauguration of the exhibition with tasting session. Tasting session of following truffle species: - Tuber estivum - Tuber uncinatum - Tuber mesenterium with wines of the surrounding area and the local biological oil.

SUNDAY 4TH OCTOBER

10.00-12.00 a.m. / 2.30 - 6.30 p.m.

10.00 a.m. : Opening of the exibition.Tasting of truffle and other local products.
2.30 p.m. : Truffle-hunting competition with specially trained dogs.
5.30 p.m. : Oleificio:Prize-giving for the truffle competition with the dogs. Tasting session of pasta with truffles (Pennette al Tartufo)
6.30 p.m. : Closure of the exibition.

MONDAY 28TH SEPTEMBER 10.30 a.m.: Visit to the Alpe del Garda dairy shop in Tremosine, with tasting of chesses and cold meat products

TUESDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER 4.00 p.m.: Guided tour of the Lemon house at Pra de la Fam and sampling of various lemon-based products

WEDNESDAY 30TH SEPTEMBER 4.00 p.m.: Guided visit of the Park visitor Centre and Museum and tasting of local wines

THURSDAY 1ST OCTOBER 4.00 p.m.: Guided tour of Tignale organic olive oil mill with sampling of various oil-based products

FRIDAY 2ND OCTOBER 4.00 p.m.: Guided visit of the Bettanini distillery and grappa tasting
