Gardola (Q.555) - Aer (Q.560) Piovere (Q.462) - Gardola (Q.555) Follow the road from Gardola to the centre of Aer . Go under an archway on the left of Bar Silvana and then follow the path, which is flat at first and then descends quite steeply and with stone steps in the Pressà valley. After this you reach Piovere. The church of San Marco is on the top of a small hill in the old part of the village. It has a wooden altar carved by master craftsmen called the “Boscai”. Return by the same route. Easy walk with some short steep stretches. Time required (there and back) about 3 hours. | |

Gardola (Q.555) - Vione (Q.693) Malga Angoi (Q.920) - Gardola, Aer, Castagneto, Torrente Pressà. Follow the road from Gardola to Aer, after the car park turn first right and follow the road to Castagneto until you reach the Pressà stream. After the bridge the road climbs with hairpin bends until Vione. Then follow the valley until the junction at Fobia. Take the left fork and you soon arrive within sight of the Malga Angoi ( the traditional summer pasture for the local cows). Return by the same route. Time required: Gardola - Angoi 2 hours; Return: 1 hours; Difference in altitude (lowest and highest points) 365 m.; Easy walk but quite long (about 12 kilometres) | |

Gardola (Q. 555) - Montecastello (Q. 683) Monte Cas (Q. 779) - Prabione – Gardola Take the road to Prabione and Tremosine from Gardola . About 1km. from the village turn right at Santa Libera and follow the road up to the Sanctuary of Montecastello (signposted). When you reach the square courtyard in front of the Sanctuary, turn left, passing under the retreat house and follow the old mule-track to the Cross (observation point, 1915 -18 war). Following the rocky ridge sheer above the lake you can see the plain of Prabione. Descend following the steps in a series of hairpin turns until the path runs alongside the regional forestry nursery (Il vivaio). You can return to Gardola along the main road from Prabione to Gardola. Time required: 3 hours; Difference in altitude (lowest and highest points): 224 m.; In parts this walk is stepped and is unsuitable for sufferers of vertigo | |

N. 256 Gardola (Q.555) - Forca (Q.726) - Rifugio Cima Piemp (Q.1160) From Gardola you take the road through Olzano turning right by the Church. When you get to the “main” road, cross it and go straight ahead up the fairly steep road until you reach the holiday village “Residence La Forca”. At the next junction turn left and follow the old mule-track through the pine forest( recently devastated by forest fires). The path climbs via hairpin bends until you reach the Refuge “Cima Piemp”. Throughout this walk you can see the plateau of Tignale and Lake Garda. You can return by the same route, or by the asphalt road from Piemp to Gardola.
